If you are going to have a corporation you might want to think about filing it yourself.
Cost to do it yourself about $100.00
Document places provide a service that cost about $50.00-$100.00 dollars above the state fee to file the corp.
Attorney cost can range from $500.00-$3000.00
It is simple to do, like I said if you are going to own a corp, it is not a bad idea to dive right in! I do recommend maybe buying a few hours, from an attorney and take some notes.
Note: as a requirement for the corp filing, Wyoming requires you to have a local agent for process. This is just a local person that can receive service on behalf of your corporation. Most Attorneys will do this for a small fee.
